    Ben and Melody’s goal has always been to create an organization that provides good solutions for a fair price.  From customers to employees, Ben and Melody work hard to improve the environments and lives of those around him.

    Anna brings extensive experience from diverse sectors including education, finance, business management, and customer service. Passionate about serving others with respect, efficiency, and integrity, Anna works diligently to streamline Advantage’s business operations. Outside the office, Anna enjoys an active lifestyle, spending quality time with her family—whether cheering on the soccer sidelines, training at the dojang, staying fit at the gym, or volunteering within the community.

    Manages HVAC service, repairs, and maintenance with professionalism and extensive technical knowledge. Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Chris has handled hundreds of installations and repairs for Advantage.

Our experienced project managers and estimators collaborate closely with customers and partners from start to finish—delivering accurate estimates, exceptional workmanship, clear communication, and seamless project coordination. Their goal is always the same: providing commercial HVAC solutions built on quality, reliability, and precision.

    COMMERCIAL ESTIMATOR

    Prepares accurate, competitive estimates for commercial HVAC projects. With extensive hands-on experience as a field installer and project coordinator, Nathan ensures precision in every quote.

    COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER
